UPDATE:
The replacement arrived quickly.
Works well, needed a HEAVY tug in the initial but now very smooth. ( original would not budge and I LEANED ON IT )
Upgrade from ONE to FOUR stars.

Product arrived very quickly.
Product looks nice, as stated by others machining look well done.
Unfortunate that on the blue handle in the largest font possible says 'Made in China', not a big deal but unfortunate in its presentation. ( easy solution there - slice off that blue vinyl )
Problem:
Out of the box, the valve is seized will not move to close at all.
Also to note, there is no locking mechanism that is described, so there is no discussion.
I've asked for another as it looks good and for my purpose which is simply a grease drain on a BBQ Smoker, the product as it appears is well beyond adequate.
I will update when the replacement arrives.
