I’ve bought 6 of these over 2 years. Roughy 2 at a time before the start of a new big job. They work great at first. For about 1 month they worked great with heavy use every day switching from a surface cleaner to a gun/lance 10-20 times a day. Surface cleaner to clean a section of side walk then lance to clean a section of curb and rinse down side walk. After about a month or so of use the nut that holds the handle on broke off and was too stripped to put nut back on. My guys then had to keep handle in their pocket and put it on/take it off to use and make sure they didn’t lose it. Then after another few weeks of use the handle completely rounded out to the point where vice grips were needed to open and close valve. 2 months of heavy use and they will be trash. I wish they lasted longer

I'm using this ball valve on a 4gpm 4200psi machine. It is easy to turn, and it has not leaked yet. It has about 25hrs of use so far. This allows quick changing between the wand and surface cleaner, without having to walk back to the pump to turn it off. Also, without an attachment, this ball valve can be used to rinse. The user has to turn the valve to aquire the right pattern and pressure, much like holding your thumb at the end of a water hose.

The Carbon Steel body completely rusted after it's first use. ONLY water, NO Chlorine, Bleach, or any type of chemicals we're used. Now my hands become disclored everytime I attempt to handle it. The Quick Connect Plugs also became disclored. Very strange since this has NEVER happened to my valves in the past. Completely Overpriced for its overall performance (Weak uneven pressure, awkward handle placement, & broke after 3rd use)
Definitely regret purchasing instead of making my own, Very last time I make that mistake!

On day one the handle stripped out. I had it repaired by a welder. On the second day of use I noticed the ball would not open fully. In fact it be came impossible to rotate the ball at all. I took it all apart and discovered just how cheaply designed and constructed it is. It is going into the trash. Because I altered the handle I’m sure I can’t send it back

So thia is the third one that i have bought with in a year, not because they are bad i just use it so much everyday things start to break. For starter i recommend putting some loctite on the nut that keep the handle that you turn to the ball valve itself, i have lost that nut many time and its a pain. I just replaced the one i had because the valve inside started tl chip and water was leaking through not fully stopping the water. All in all this thing takes a decent beating and still works, not to expensive to replace so i think its worth the money

This unit failed on Day 1 of use, actually two of them on 2 seperate machines failed in the same manner. Not the valve itself, but the cheap soft handle. It actually stretched and slipped itself until it would no longer operate the valve.

Works great. Makes the job WAY more efficient. Easy turn valve (compared to my other one which requires a fair amount of effort when under pressure). However, the nut on the handle requires loctite. Mine fell off and was lost in short order. Had to find another nut that fit at the hardware store and replace it.
